Ordering and delivery HOW TO ORDER Shopping online is really easy. Simply browse through the Perfect Baby Shower store and add your items into your shopping basket, when you have added all the items you wish to purchase then proceed to the checkout where you can make your payment. If you change your mind and would like to add something, simply click on continue shopping and you will be able to add more products. Your payment can be made by credit card via our secure server. If you would rather speak to someone over the phone then simply email info@perfectbabyshower.com.au and we will call you as soon as possible to take your order. DELIVERY FEES AUSTRALIA WIDE We always endeavour to deliver parcels within 2-3 days however, for some areas of Australia such as remote rural areas, regional areas, Northern Territory and Northern WA & QLD, especially in the wet season, this may take longer. We selected a number of different carriers to ensure that we can offer the best possible service at the most competitive rate across all of Australia. All postage is calculated by weight and location so when you are at the check out, you will know how much it will cost before the transaction is complete. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box address. OVERSEAS DELIVERIES We are happy to deliver worldwide and as such due to the large number of locations, we would be delighted to provide a quote for delivery within 24 hours. DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS In the unlikely event that your “perfect baby gift” is not received, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to track it for you. In the event that you have provided us with an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, then we are happy to redirect the item to you, at the additional delivery charge. If the fault lies with Perfect Baby Shower, and we have delivered to the wrong address, we will happily replace your order without delay. It is essential that a business address or a “request to leave” if you are unlikely to be home is provided at time of ordering. If not, the parcel will automatically be taken back to the local depot. No compensation or responsibility can be taken for delivery delays on the part of the courier or mail company. As such estimated delivery times of arrival are only approximate.
