Returns and exchanges

Perfect Baby Shower takes great care in only offering goods of the finest quality, however you may return goods if they are damaged or incorrect from those ordered within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunatelty, we are unable to offer any refunds, returns or exchanges for items where you have changed your mind

We do not provide refunds but are happy to exchange goods upto the original price of purchases on the following conditions;

• Goods must be returned in original condition with all original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
• A copy of your original receipt
• A proof of posting certificate from your post office should be obtained to facilitate claims from the postal services in the event of parcels lost in transit.
